2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the items meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be presented to validate your return.

Please note: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us at support@ziyaa.ae with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Once your return is authorized, we will provide instructions for return shipping.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item or defective product).

4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please be aware that banks may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product due to damage or a defect, please contact us at support@ziyaa.ae within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to replace the item promptly.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items on sale or purchased with a discount
  • Gift cards or promotional items
