1. Where We Ship
We currently ship within the UAE only. International shipping is not available at this time, though we may expand in the future.
For purchases through our retail partners (Amazon UAE, Noon, and supermarket partners), please refer to the shipping terms of the platform you purchased from.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
3. Delivery Timeframes
We deliver across the UAE within the following estimated timeframes from dispatch:
- Dubai: Same day or next business day
- Abu Dhabi: 1–2 business days
- Sharjah, Ajman: 1–2 business days
- Northern Emirates, Al Ain: 2–5 business days
In practice, most UAE orders arrive within 1–3 business days, but please allow up to 5 business days for full coverage including peak periods.
Delivery times may extend due to UAE public holidays, weather events, courier capacity, or other factors beyond our reasonable control. See our Terms and Conditions, Section 14 (Force Majeure) for details.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and order size, and are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. All shipping fees are inclusive of VAT.
From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions (e.g., free shipping on orders over a certain amount). Eligibility and applicable minimums are shown at checkout when active.
5. Courier Partners
We work with a range of UAE courier partners to deliver your orders. Our active courier network may change from time to time without notice as we optimise for speed, reliability, and coverage across the UAE.
If your delivery is significantly delayed or you experience an issue with a specific courier, please contact us at support@ziyaa.ae and we'll follow up directly.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery.
If you can't locate your tracking email, please:
- Check your spam or promotions folder
- Email support@ziyaa.ae with your order number — we'll send tracking directly
7. Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@ziyaa.ae within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
For damaged items, please include photos when reporting the issue.
We'll work directly with our courier partners to resolve the issue quickly. Where appropriate, we'll arrange a replacement or refund under our Returns Policy.
8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address:
- We are not responsible for failed deliveries or delays caused by inaccurate information.
- If a courier returns a parcel to us due to address issues, you may be charged for re-delivery to the corrected address.
To update your address before dispatch, contact us immediately at support@ziyaa.ae.
9. Subscription Deliveries
For subscription orders:
- Deliveries are scheduled according to the frequency you selected at signup (monthly, every 2 months, or every 3 months).
- You can update, skip, pause, or cancel deliveries via account.ziyaa.ae at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment.
- The same processing times and delivery estimates above apply to subscription orders.
