1. Introduction
Welcome to Ziyaa.ae. This website is owned and operated by Arcal Trading FZE, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (the "UAE"), trading under the registered trademark Ziyaa.
We provide premium, eco-friendly cleaning products to customers within the UAE.

By accessing Ziyaa.ae or purchasing any products from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. Definitions
- "We", "Us", "Our" – Arcal Trading FZE, trading as Ziyaa.
- "You", "Your" – Users and customers of Ziyaa.ae.
- "Products" – All goods sold on Ziyaa.ae.
- "Subscription" – Any recurring delivery service offered through Ziyaa.ae.
- "Website" – Ziyaa.ae and all related digital services.
3. Eligibility
To use the Website or make purchases, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old, or have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
- Be located in the UAE at the time of purchase, with a valid UAE shipping address.
By using the Website, you confirm these requirements are met.
4. Product Information & Pricing
We aim to present accurate product descriptions, photography, and pricing. However:
- Actual colours, packaging, and sheet appearance may vary due to manufacturing and display differences.
- All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of 5% UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated.
- All transactions are processed exclusively in AED.
- Prices may change without notice. Confirmed orders are processed at the price at which they were placed.
- We may modify, discontinue, or update Products at any time without liability.
Promotional Offers: Promotional codes, discount campaigns, and bundle offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer (in the promotion campaign, email, or at checkout). Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined and are valid only for the duration specified.
5. Ordering & Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase under these Terms.
- You will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt.
- This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
- Acceptance occurs only when your order is dispatched.
We may cancel or refuse any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or description errors
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity
- Violations of these Terms
If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.
6. Payment Terms
- Payment must be made using one of the payment methods displayed on the Website at the time of checkout.
- You confirm you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
- All payments are processed in AED. Where you pay with a foreign card, your bank may apply currency conversion fees outside our control.
- Fraudulent activity will be reported to UAE authorities and may result in account suspension.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- We currently ship within the UAE only.
- Dispatch time: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Estimated delivery time: 1–5 business days depending on location. Same-day and next-day delivery is available in many areas.
- Delays may occur due to public holidays, courier capacity, or external factors beyond our reasonable control.
- A tracking number is provided upon dispatch.
Shipping charges: Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions; eligibility and minimum order values are displayed at checkout.
Couriers: We work with a range of UAE courier partners and may change providers at any time without notice.
8. Returns & Refunds
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect Product:
- Contact us at support@ziyaa.ae within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds or replacements are issued after inspection and approval.
Important:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
- We do not charge restocking fees.
Subscriptions: See Section 9 for cancellation rules specific to recurring subscription orders.
9. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewals
Where you opt into our subscribe-and-save service:
- You authorise us to automatically charge your saved payment method at the recurring interval you select, until you cancel.
- Available subscription frequencies are monthly, every 2 months, or every 3 months.
- The subscription discount applicable at the time you subscribe will be applied to each recurring order (currently 20% off standard retail price; subject to change with notice as below).
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
You may, at any time:
- Cancel your subscription
- Pause your subscription
- Skip an upcoming delivery
- Change the delivery frequency, products, or shipping address
All subscription changes must be made via your account at account.ziyaa.ae at least 24 hours before your next scheduled shipment to apply to that shipment. Changes made after this cutoff will apply to the following shipment.
Pricing changes: We may modify subscription pricing or discount rates with at least 14 days' notice via email. Such changes will not affect orders already processed.
Refunds: No refunds will be issued for completed subscription cycles that have already been dispatched. You may, however, return the Product subject to Section 8.
10. Product Use & Safety
- Products must be used in accordance with the instructions printed on the packaging.
- Ziyaa is not liable for damage or injury caused by misuse.
- Customers with allergies, sensitivities, or specific medical conditions must review the ingredients list before purchase and use. Where in doubt, consult a medical professional.
11. Marketing Communications
By creating an account, subscribing to our newsletter, or submitting your email address through any sign-up form on the Website, you consent to receive marketing emails from Ziyaa.
You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by emailing support@ziyaa.ae.
Transactional emails (order confirmations, dispatch notices, account notifications) are not subject to marketing preferences and will continue to be sent for as long as you have an active account or order with us.
12. Intellectual Property & Trademark
All intellectual property on Ziyaa.ae — including the Ziyaa name, Ziyaa logo, branding, product packaging designs, photography, text, illustrations, and website design elements — is owned exclusively by Arcal Trading FZE and protected under UAE trademark and copyright law.
- The Ziyaa trademark is registered in the UAE under Class 3 (cleaning products and related goods).
- No user may reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use any Ziyaa branding, product imagery, packaging designs, or website materials without our prior written permission.
- Unauthorised use, including but not limited to reselling, counterfeiting, or impersonation, will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of UAE law.
User-generated content posted on social media tagging or mentioning Ziyaa may be reshared by us in accordance with platform terms; you may request removal at any time by emailing support@ziyaa.ae.
13. Third-Party Marketplaces
In addition to Ziyaa.ae, our Products may be available through third-party marketplaces and retailers, including (but not limited to) Amazon, Noon, and other UAE retail partners.
When you purchase Ziyaa Products through a third-party platform:
- That platform's terms of sale, return policy, and dispute resolution process apply to your purchase.
- These Terms do not govern your purchase from a third-party platform, though our intellectual property, product safety, and product information provisions continue to apply.
- For warranty or product issues, please contact the retailer through which you purchased.
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure, delay, or interruption in performing our obligations under these Terms where caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, extreme weather, or environmental events
- Government actions, embargoes, or regulatory changes
- Public health emergencies or pandemics
- Courier or logistics network disruptions
- Supply chain interruptions or manufacturer delays
- Cyberattacks, internet outages, or platform failures
- Strikes, civil unrest, or armed conflict
Where such events affect your order, we will communicate updates via email and process refunds or rescheduled deliveries as appropriate.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:
- Ziyaa is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability in any claim arising out of or relating to a purchase is limited to the value of the relevant order.
- We are not responsible for issues arising from courier delays, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or misuse of Products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UAE law.
16. Privacy
Use of the Website constitutes acceptance of our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable UAE data protection requirements.

17. Changes to These Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Website or placement of new orders after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Subscribers will be notified by email of material changes affecting subscription pricing or terms at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved exclusively through the courts of the UAE.
